Andy Dalovisio, MD
Andy Dalovisio, MD is a native of New Orleans. He attended Jesuit High School and LSU-HSC Shreveport for medical school. He did his Internal Medicine residency and Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at Rush University in Chicago.
He is an attending physician in the Section of Hematology and Cellular Therapy at the Ochsner/MD Anderson Cancer Center in New Orleans. His research and clinical focus is in Plasma Cell Disorders and he serves as the co-director of the Plasma Cell Disorders Program. He also serves as the co-director of the Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology Program. He hopes his involvement with CAGLA will bring state of the art cancer care, improved outcomes , and more awareness for cancer patients and their families in Louisiana.
