Dr. Rajasree Pia Chowdry — LSU Health Sciences Center/University Medical Center
Dr. Chowdry is a medical oncologist specializing in genitourinary malignancies at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She is an Associate Professor in the department of Medicine section of Hematology and Medical Oncology. She is involved in the fellowship training program as well as medical student education. Her research interests include cancer disparities, racial / ethnic variables in cancer care, and cancer prevention. She practices at University Medical Center New Orleans as well as at a satellite clinic, Lallie Kemp Medical Center, a critical access hospital in rural Louisiana.
