Tong Yang, M.D. — Ochsner Health
Dr. Tong Yang has been on staff at Ochsner Health since 2017. Dr. Yang received his medical degree from Tianjin Medical University in Tianjin, China in 1994. He went on to complete his pathology residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He completed his fellowship in hematopathology and molecular genetic pathology at Emory University Hospital.
Dr. Yang is board certified by the American Board of Pathology in anatomic and clinical pathology, hematopathology, and molecular genetic pathology. Dr. Yang specializes in clinical diagnosis of hematopoietic and lymphoid tumors and precision medicine. He has a special clinical interest in molecular and genetic study of tumors.
